The renovation of the biology laboratory space was undertaken by PJA to remediate a deficiency in storage, hood space and workstations.

The preparation area was upgraded with additional storage, flexible cart space and wet work areas.

The laboratories were configured to promote interaction between students through shared utilities, storage areas and the integration of a workspace allowing professors to perform demonstrations and give lectures.  The lighting solution features independent up and down light components, providing better illumination and reducing eye strain.
